FAQs

When does info for ordering photo packages get sent out?

On picture day you child will bring home an access card with his/her personal access code and website. Though the images will not be immediately available, you can register your email that day. Once the pictures are posted, you will receive an email with a link to view and order. It typically takes 5-7 days for pictures to be available online.

Why am I seeing Thanks for registering, you will be notified via email as soon as you photos are available?

Since you have registered with your email, you will be notified as soon as the photos are ready online. It typically takes 4-5 days for pictures to be available online.

What size is the digital download? Will I be able to print this myself?

Standard downloads are at least 3200 x 4000 px at 300 ppi, large enough to print a beautiful 8x10. If your gallery includes lower resolution download options, the resolution for these will be specified in your cart. YES, you can print your digital file, your print release will come with your digital download image.

Does a retouching apply to all images in my order, or just one?

Unless your package specifically states that retouching applies to multiple images, retouching is purchased per photo. If you are ordering multiple images, you’ll need to purchase retouching for each image that you desire to be retouched. Each print size and product ordered from a retouched image will be also retouched, so you only buy it once per image.

What does retouching include?

For underclass school pictures, retouching removes minor facial blemishes. For seniors, it enhances skin tone and removes facial blemishes.

How long should it take to receive my order?

If your pictures are being shipped to you directly, please allow up to 5 days for production and shipping. We will send you an email confirmation and status link once you place your order. From there, you can track your photo order once it ships (via USPS). For orders shipping back to the school (in a batch), timeframes vary. The ordering deadline will be posed in your gallery. It typically takes up to 7 days for production and shipping of batch orders once the deadline passes.

For Senior Portraits:

How important are hair, nails, & makeup?

Very! We encourage each senior to come to the camera picture ready! Some of the poses show hands and fingernails. School dress code will be enforced regarding hair colors, and styles. This includes facial hair. Refer to your school’s handbook for what is acceptable.

What accessories should I wear? Will any be provided?

We provide pearl necklaces that seniors can wear for their portraits. Seniors should wear any jewelry that is important to them, including seniors rings. School dress code will be enforced.

What poses will be available?

Each school may offer different senior poses. Please check with your school and the “Know Before You Go” information we send through school prior to picture day. In most cases, we photograph in a tuxedo/black drape and cap & gown.

Who provides the clothing? What should I wear?

For tux, drape, and cap & gown, we provide all of the clothing including ties, shirts, and tassels. Caps, gowns, and tassels are in the school’s colors. We recommend a plain white undershirt for the tux pose and a strapless or thin strapped undershirt for the drape pose. Avoid one-piece garments like dresses unless they are strapless, these don’t work for the drape pose. If we offer casual (seniors’ choice) poses at your school, students are encouraged to wear something nice that they feel great in!


Replacement and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

If we mess up: We offer free refund or replacement within 30 days of successful delivery of your order for issues like damaged or missing content, poor product quality or any issue that is our fault. We reserve the right to replace any product before processing a refund. We cannot refund any digital images that have been downloaded. If physical and digital products have been ordered together, only the portion of the order for physical products can be refunded. Retouching that has been completed will not be eligible for a refund.

If you don’t receive your order: We will replace it for you free of charge.

If you change your mind: Due to our quick processing times, we cannot cancel an order after 24 hours of placement. You can receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. We offer an 85% refund as store credit for disputes within 30 days of successful delivery of your order.

If you lose your prints or products: We can reproduce our original order for a 25% reprint fee (calculated on the gross total of the original order).

Due to the nature of our products being easy to reproduce, we cannot refund 100% of an order once it has been successfully shipped and/or delivered. We provide you with the postal tracking number and use this to verify successful delivery.
